Refund policy
Our Policy Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used fragrances for hygiene and safety reasons. Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@jgfragrances.org
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@jgfragrances.org with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item and packaging
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send the correct item or issue a full refund.
Unopened Items Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending any items back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
