Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150
International Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@jgfragrances.org within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
